1. Sethi Cards does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.

2. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. A amount of Rs 2000/- + 5% tax would be deducted as a Processing fee.However,the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped or The customer has already passed the proof(Final Print)

The refund will be processed for the cancelled orders only. Refunds shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of refund confirmation.The refund will be initated in the bank account through which the payment was made.
