Cancellation Policy

1. Sethi Cards does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.

2. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. A amount of Rs 1500/- would be deducted as a Processing fee.However,the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped or The customer has already passed the proof(Final Print).

Refund Policy

The refund will be processed for the cancelled orders only. Refunds shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of refund confirmation.The refund will be initated in your bank account from which the payment was made

Shipping and Delivery Policy

After the completion of Your Orders .It will be dispatch through courier and will be delivered to your doorstep. We always send Couriers in good Reputed Companies like Fedex,DHL,Ups etc. Your Order Will be delivered to you in 4-5 Working Days. Any Custom Duties (if applied) will be paid by customer.
